JoPack is a pioneering initiative under the Amman Chamber of Industry, dedicated to supporting and developing the packaging sector in Jordan. The center offers professional services in structural and graphic design, packaging testing, consultancy, and training, with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.

We are currently looking for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in the following role:

Position: Structural Designer / Junior Lab Technician

Location: Amman, Jordan

Employment: Full-time

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in one of the following engineering fields:

• Industrial Engineering

• Mechatronics Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering

0–2 years of relevant experience (or recent graduates welcome)

Proficient in AutoCAD for technical and structural drawings

Familiar with 3D design software such as SolidWorks or similar

Experience with design programs such as:

• Adobe Illustrator (AI)

• Adobe Photoshop (PS)

Strong technical and analytical skills with great attention to detail

Team player with the ability to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute 2D and 3D structural packaging designs

Support lab operations and conduct technical testing on packaging materials

Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions

Collaborate closely with the design team to deliver high-quality results
