Role Description:
An HR Generalist handles a wide range of HR functions and serves as the main point of contact for employees on HR-related matters. They are responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, handling payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee benefits and payroll.
• Provide support for employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Conduct training sessions and assist with employee development programs.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of filling positions in a timely manner.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interviewing and engaging with candidates.
• Understanding of sourcing strategies and techniques, such as social media recruiting and networking.
• Ability to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
